CANON C5560i two side print problem

Hi , I have a Canon C 5560 i, one side print is ok but when I print two side the paper is jamed between exit and fixing unit.

is there a jam code? would check fixing and delivery section, seems it's not driving reverse...

You say your a Tech, So do you have a service manual? They are real helpful for Tech's to solve problems with. Check the Jam History in the service menu for codes. Then after you try everything that the Service Manual advises to do, Let us know what you have done to try to resolve the problem, besides clean it. This will make it easer for us to assist you instead of counting on us to investigate and resolve the problem for you.

Put some effort in it please.

Look in service mode copier-display-jam and get the jam code.

If you are getting 010A or 020A Jam Codes then have a look at this publication.

It describes a problem with the 2nd/3rd delivery assembly reverse sensor flag.
