Did you perform all the adjustments after replacement ?

Is the fog only black color ? Or mix of all colors ?

If only black I come to think of two causes. Either starter / toner issue Or Drum/Potential sensor issue.

The technician said he made all the settings, so I followed. starter has just been replaced. only black color makes this problem.
What would you suggest about the potential?

Before we replace anything , check for me if AIRN-OFF is 0. Execute COPIER > FUNCTION > DPC > DPC and test .

also try adjusting auto-gradation and then test .

if all the same , first lets swap drums and test , it could be that the drum has seen light for soo long.

Next , try cleaning the potential sensor on Black. if still the same try swapping the potential sensor with another color and execute DPC and test.

Is there any errors appearing while printing ?

there is no error code during printing.
I tried dpc, the result still did not change.
I even changed the black unit with a different color as the unit, but the fog did not improve. I changed the drum again and the result is still the same.
we tried every solution we could think of, the result never changed, We even cleaned the laser units

Did you test blank PG test ?

Toner is Genuine? is it possible to try another developing unit ? if there is any leak in voltage in the unit can lead to this.

Also It could be either high voltage PCB or DC controller.

you can try Clearing the DC , first backup , clear. Then directly test before restoring the backup or even calibrating. If tests are ok then enter the values in the service mode from the sticker on the back cover above the power the supply. then do another test . then calibrate and do another test .

if available we can try changing UN140 , FM4-6248 for the HV PCB .

                Hello again,

I checked the cap values, they are all correct.
                The problem still continues
                Waiting for your valuable suggestions.

Sorry I didn't check if you have replied.

You can check the back connector for the black process assembly . for any bent pins or anything that is abnormal.

There is FM4-6248-000 HV PCB we can try swapping UN140 with another color.

Also check these in order :
                  • In service mode (level 2) > COPIER > Display > DENS > SPL-LG-Y/M/C/Bk, check the setting value of respective modes. If '01' appears in a row, check the toner amount inside the toner bottle or the sub hopper.
                  • Re-fit the connector of the toner density sensor.
                  • Check cables of the sub hopper toner level sensors and the hopper toner level sensors for pinching.
                  • If the symptom still occurs, re-fit all the connectors of the DC controller PCB 1-1.
                  • If the symptom still occurs, replace the DC controller PCB 1-1 with a new one.

                        Hello again,

I try everyhing. but the problem persists.
still does the gray fog issue.
Could it be related to calibration?
How should the calibration sequence be?
                        1-)Shading Correction
                        2-)Calibrate
                        3-)Full Auto Adjust Gradation
                        should it be like this?

I changed the Corona units again.
I cleaned the laser units again.
                            I changed the grids again.
I cleaned the toner sub-chambers by vacuuming.
I tried with different developer unit.
I checked all the dpot values with the service catalog.
                            I cleared the potentials.
                            I re-entered all values by throwing dc-con.
                            I ran dpc.
but I couldn't solve the problem.
