Have a customer that complained of crooked images while both printing and copying. We were able to correct the printing end by adjusting the guides in the paper trays. However, when copying using the doc feed or from the glass the image on the copies is still crooked. Any ideas?

Always start with adjusting off the glass first. When the skew off the glass is correct and within tolerance the automatic skew correction of the document feeder will correct adf skew.
