[Error Code] C2020 E00025-300 error

Hello all, trying to help out with one of these machines. From what I can read, they are not very well liked. Just trying to help out a friend, not certain where to begin. The fuser assembly was replaced and this error appeared.

You can go to service mode under display/err and it will give likely causes. That sounds like a hopper code. You can also check previous codes to see if it’s been a problem.

Thank you for your help Brian8506 I was able to resolve the issue although nowhere near the toner system, went in with candor blue everything out reseat developer units, and the fuser assembly, all good.

• Description:Toner Supply Motor (Bk) lock detection
  The Rotation Sensor does not detect rotation although 5 sec has passed since the motor was turned ON
• Remedy: Update system software. Overload of the motor or motor failure 1. Check conduction of FU9 on the DC Controller PCB (UN09). 2. Check the harness/connector between the DC Controller PCB (UN09/J26) and PS09 3. Replace the DC Controller PCB (UN09) 4. Check the Hopper Unit (Bk). 5. Replace the Hopper Unit (Bk).
