    Canon IPF765 E602-401b

    Hard drive failure I'm guessing. What is the procedure to install System software back onto the hard drive? Does anyone have a way to send this to me? email is altcopy@comcast.net

      AFAIK, these HDDs hold only print data. Just install the drive and format it.

      I've had luck with formatting the original drive that had the error. The way I understand it, the HDD saves all print data in a rolling queue (the oldest deleted when the newest is stored). When it becomes completely full you can get that error. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
