    Canon IR Advance c2030 new drum error

    I installed a new oem black image unit but it did not intialize, but life counters cleared. Now error e000020-1360.
    HELP

      Make sure the patch sensors & the laser glass are clean.

          Did you try putting the old drum back in to see if you get the code?
