First reinstall the firmware
If fail, change hdd and install new firmware

For E602-xxxx codes you do not need to change the HDDs to get the machine to work again. The first two numbers of the sub code are the portion on the hard drive that is affected for E602-0200 the -0200 is sector 2 which is storage area of image data.

while in the error code go to service mode. set CHK-TYPE to 2 then set HD-CLEAR to 1 this will format just sector 2 of the HDD.

If you still get the code then set CHK-TYPE to 0 and HD-CLEAR to 1 this fill format all sectors of the hdd.

If still same issue then change the HDD.
