iRADV DX8786 service mode

Hi guys,

How do you guys enter safe mode for upgrade the firmware for this model iRADV DX8786 ?

Since this model don't have hard button to press 2 & 8 and power ON the machine to enter safe mode.

Please advice us. Thank you

Today we pop off the small cover can't see the 3 buttons behind.

Do you by chance have any more documentation or information on the functions of those keys?
I recently put a few of the no keypad models(ira dx4751) out, They're new to us and all I've been able to find on them in the manual was the same information in your link regarding entering download mode.
Can anyone enlighten me further on the use of them?

I'm aware, I've used them to reformat the drives.
what I'm trying to find out is what other functions the keys perform and how(key combinations) or maybe even an explanation of what each "hardware switch" actually is for. The extent of what's in my service manual only seems to address using them to enter download mode and nothing beyond that.
