    Canon Dr-G1100 DR-9050C need service manual and service tool program

    hello

    anybody have the service manual and service tool program for the dr-g1100 and the dr-9050c.

    right now i have a dr-g1100 where the pickup / feed rollers do not turn.

          Were you able to find the manual? I'm working on a DR G1100 and canon find the manual either. Specifically on how to remove the covers and catch tray. Need to replace the pickup unit, but cannot figure out how to remove the top cover (catch tray) that sits over it.
