canon imagerunner advance c3525i hdd reset firmware neede

Hey Guys,

I have a friend with this printer Imagerunner Advance C3525i but it has a problem its wont start properly and i need to do a firmware reset but i can find the file and i am pretty sure he doesn't have an eSupport ID

Is it possible to have someone send me a link to download the USB version of the file?
