[Dead] How to tell the version number for Canon iR Advance C5550i

I have the serial number for the machine and need to find the version to order the main board as the third revision is different from the fist two.

Read it off the Counter report or the front cover of the machine...to the right of the model number...Nothing for First version, II for Second or III for Third version

Whats the serial number ? Canon esupport on the parts lookup page there is a serial lookup tool, just enter the first 3 letters and it tells you the model.
