    canon advance c7565 jam adf

hello teachers I have a paper jam problem in the adf, the paper jam code is 0063. I cleaned the sensors, wheels, adf rollers and adjust the sens init, but the problem persists.
    when you run the option
feeder cleaning the sheets go through normally in the adf, but when I start to make copies using the adf it makes as if it wanted to pull the paper and instantly it jams and gives the message of paper jam.

I do not have the firmware to be able to update and rule out if it is due to a firmware problem

The jam is for double feed detection .

Is it feeding double sheet ? Then change the separation rollers .

If not then check different type of media. Some types are not supported in the adf and sees it as two sheets

turn off the double feed detection in settings/registration
