    Canon IR c2230I CLAK CLAK + E0074

    Hi all
I have a small problem on my IR C2230I canon,
    Context:
I started an internal cleaning, during the general power outage cleaning. I had to change the machine so I took advantage of it and I also changed the black toner.
Since error E00074-000 then to work again by putting the old toner then again E00074-000.
I dismantled the covers to see a little, when I turn on the engine runs photo 1, then as soon as the white axis turns (photo 2), it makes a clack clack clack at the level of the itb without turning the belt and all that stop.
An idea of where to look first? I don't have much knowledge about it and I don't want to dismantle everything unnecessarily.
    Thanks in advance

P.S: Sorry if there are any mistakes I use a translator

hello, I dismantled the entire rear of the machine from the machine and the main motor but I did not find the famous lever with the pad which will stick to certain comments, is it possible to know where this lever is? and how to control the solenoid?
      thanks in advance
