[Jamming] Canon C2230 with jam code 010D

I have a customer with a C2230 with only 94475 pages on it that is suddenly giving a jam code of 010D when making double sides copies. What's strange is that the paper comes out the exit partially and then stops but the machine keeps running for a bit and then finally errors out showing the jam. I went thru the manual and see that sensor PS29 needs to be cleaned or replaced but I can not find anywhere in the C2200 service manual that shows the steps for replacing the sensor or an actual real picture of where its located. I can see the location in

Please let me also mention that I have worked on office equipment since the 90's, Ive been to many different Canon schools in Georgia and Texas and I know how to read a service manual. With that said I know this question may seem so silly and "first year tech" but after an accident a couple of years ago that caused a severe concussion and swelling on my brain I occasionally have issues with making things "click" and for some reason this is one of those times! It seems like such an easy thing and Im embarrassed to ask it but I just keep hitting the wall with this and I need help.

So if anyone can offer any help with where I can find this information or if you have actual images you could share it would be greatly appreciated.

You might be able to see the sensor in the parts manua with a little searching. Look in the area where it’s jamming. The Fuser has a delivery assembly on top that dry rots and cracks. Good luck.
