hi, I'm sure you accidentally posted the same post twice. You should open the finisher and check the wear of the rubber rollers, in case replace!

Yes for some reason it kept on telling me to resubmit the post.
There's no obvious wear and tear and any rubber or parts.

In my opinion, do a thorough cleaning of the rubber rollers then let's see if it improves ..

I've had similar issues with the J1 and H1 finishers. The fix was to replace the Paddle Drive Assembly. It's accessible from the front of the finisher, so it's not too difficult to replace.

Thank you.. That's a possible fix. I've already cleaned everything nothing looks worn. We're considering I'm buying another machine used with the finisher from Canon. Start swapping parts without taking any more guesses on new parts or have one without a finisher in our showroom. I like to look in the manual doesn't look easy to take out though.

Lol Canon tech support recommending changing the processing board on the finisher...=$$$... I don't think so I'm that guess
