Canon I-Sensys 734 z fold 1st sheet advanced lead edge on 2nd

Hi all, I have a mf734 that when copying or printing the first sheet is z-folded almost 1/2 way down and has no image, second sheet has image but is advanced so cuts off approx 30mm of lead edge. 3rd sheet triggers jam. I believe this is a rebadged HP477. Any comments would be gratefully recieved.

Media set to right size/type/weight?
Any errors?
How many pages on unit?
How many pages since last PM?
So many questions so lil damn information given.

All media settings correct, M/c has 12k on it with 2.5k colour, no errors are displayed. None of these are in the original post as I didn't deem them important. I thought this forum was for experienced Techs and any tech would have eliminated these things before posting. I just wondered if anyone had seen these symptoms in the past as I have not worked on small office stuff for a little while.
