[Error Code] Canon Imageprograf TC20 Error C000

Hi there, I have a customer who is having issues with their TC20 Canon Plotter with an error code of C000. They have had the machine a couple of years without issue, but now this error has occurred. There are no packing materials in the machine or blockages in the path anywhere. Does anyone have the correct Service Manual or any advice on what may be causing this issue.

Please open the cover to your printer and make sure that all of the ink tanks are pushed down, clicked into place. The C000 error usually means that the ink carriage is unable to move. If an ink tank is not properly inserted into the printer, this error will occur.
