    Canon IR5075 E000c0

    Hello there
    I got E000c0 on my Canon IR5075 ,had been reset error but still displayed .
    Any help would be apreciated

    0010 sub code means it was not reset. Did you clear in service mode?

            I have never seen that error code before with a lower case 'c'

            Check the heater lamp & thermo switches


            • Code: E000-0010
            • Description:The heater fails to heat. After correcting the fault, be sure to reset the error. (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)
              The power has been turned off and then on without resetting the error.
            • Remedy:- Reset the error. (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)

                    I would expect that to work. Never seen that code before either and see no mention of it in the knowledge base

                      I cant find any reference to that code anywhere, start by checking thermistors, heaters etc as others have mentioned,does the code happen with the door open ? look at the frame connectors on the machine and fixing tray, with that series jammed paper often gets wedged in them. have had to replace them for strange fixing errors before.
