Like the title says, I'm wondering if there's a similar solution for Canon imageRUNNER Advance models to Toshiba MFP's E-Bridge Cloud Connect (ECC) to improve our efficiency of services to our clients.
For those who doesn't know ECC, this is a cloud-based support software that you can connect the Toshiba MFPs so that you can check the printer status remotely. It can also automatically sends information via email whether there's an error state or it needs toner replacement.
As of the moment, I can only research about Canon Device Management Console. But it is only limited to Canon PIXMA, MAXIFY, CanoScan, imagePROGRAF, and Business Inkjet.
This will be extremely helpful for us especially we are dealing with different foreign languages here in UAE.
Any other information regarding this would be appreciated. Thanks.
