Canon IRADV8786 error code E061-001

Good day guys,

We facing a unit IRADV 8786 with error code E061-001. After the machine is in ready mode it will appear error code E061-001.(When the potential
control is in ON in the service mode)

When I OFF the potential control in the service mode the machine can copy and print but the image will in black copy with no image.

We have swap the following parts and action :
1) swap primary wire unit assembly from a working condition machine
2) swap main DC driver P.C.B from a working condition machine
3) Format the hard disk and re-install the firmware to latest version V36.46

Please enlighten us if you have come across this problem, what else we need to check ? Thank you

[Remedy] Check/replace the related harness/cable, connector and parts.

[Reference] Before replacing the DC Controller PCB, back up the service mode data (approx. 2 min) and restore the backup data after the replacement so the data may be able to be protected.

- Backup: COPIER (LEVEL2)> FUNCTION> SYSTEM> DSRAMBUP

- Restoration: COPIER (LEVEL2)> FUNCTION> SYSTEM> DSRAMRES

Today we have change the DC Controller P.C.B from a working condition machine now its appear different error code E0100-1130.
Have check the laser unit seems nothing wrong with it the unit and wiring. What's wrong with this machine ?

I would change Pre-exposure LED or clean at least.

Normally there are 3 steps to follow:
1. Change main charger corona
2. Change pre-exposure led
3. Change potential sensor.

You've gone too deep.
