Run different paper drawers to narrow the problem. If still skews move onto registration area. Is the paper regular weight? At least now you know it’s in the machine. Check springs on registration roller if there is any. Check roller for flat spots. keep moving along the copy process. I still say it’s mechanical.

the whole problem is that they copy in 2 sheets on one side mode, booklet mode so to speak. and the defect is clearly in the copying. here is a copy of the print

the problem is that 2 copied sheets fit on one sheet. and the right image is even on the sheet, but the one on the left is skewed and accordingly a black stripe appears from the skewComment
