canon ipf 750 error Printhead PF-04

I am asking for help from canon ipf 750
stopped printing blue and black colors and after turning on the cleaning B displayed the error 03800500-2f30 and as we asked one more cleaning after the plotter reset 03800500-2f43, test printouts of the head are attached.

Replace the printhead. Confirm that the maintenance cartridge is above 35% and all ink cartridges are above 25% capacity or they may run out of supplies during the printhead purge/installation.

If it repeats, replace the head management sensor board and printhead as a set.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
