I service Ricoh copiers but have a customer that has a Canon 3851i with an error code 00009-001. Can anyone point me to what to look at or what to do to fix this. Thanks

I would look at/replace the fixing drive unit if the fixing unit is ok. (fuser in Ricoh language)
