[Misc] Touch screen inactive on IR2630

Hello Guys, I have a canon 2630i working well in printing from network, screen display ok, but touch-screen is not active. it means I cannot use the full potential.
Is ther a code to re activate touch screen, or do I have to change it?

hello, I did tupdate the firmware by genetrating a USB key. Everything went well, ,but problem was not solved. I dissassembled all, up tu the touch screnn, re-assembled with caution. It is now perfectly working. Thanks .

Excellent, often disassembly and reassembly is enough to solve problems without wasting money. Possible faulty contacts or circuit boards blocked by power surges...
