[CQ] Black Shades on Paper

My Canon C5030i Machine photocopy and printing is too dirty , Black shades appear on paper , please help me on this ,

Did you replace the black drum?

yes i changed but no use

Sorry Brian Before i Changed already used drum for checking whether this issue is clear or not, on that time it didn,t clear now i changed the new Drum Black now the issue is clear ,

Hey Hi Sorry for reposting again this problem i have changed the new blck drum few pages print well again im facing the same issues, please anyone help me on this prolem, I have attached the sample photocopy for blank pages , please help me on this
