Canon isensys 1440 Poor Copy quality

I have an isensys 1440 that is struggling with very light faded copies
Its a mc in very clean environment low usage I have done the colour calibration still the same I have been through all the settings in maintenance and making it darker in density has no effect.The settings on copy were text/photo. When I changed it to text instead it made a considerable difference but still wasnt 100%
Any ideas

Several questions come to mind;

What is the page count on the consumables, Drums, Devs, ETC
If the consumables have been in the machine for an extended period of time they cold be effected by lack of use.
