Canon Ir Ad 8505 E302-003

Hi guys,
When i scan color documents from the glass (also from adf) I face E302-003.
Cleaned glass, scanner, led etc, but still the same.
Anyone had a related problem before please?

I had the same problem
Canon IR Advance 6075
If I scan (from the platten glass or ADF) using FULL COLOR, it errors E302-001
my hired technician has spend a lot of time try to solve it.
it never succeed.
so i just let it go, never scan colour document using that machine

Fortunately i still has another machines (the same type) to do the color scanning job
