Machine can't boot up

I have an Image Runner 323K same model of IR2525, when I power on the machine the hardware initialize but the progress bar in the display of the control panel hang up. It will not go to ready state. I already replaced Main Controller PCB together with Boot Rom PCB. But still problem persisted. I re- connect all jack from DC Controller and Reader Controller PCB but still it won't boot up. Is there any one encountered my problem? Thanks in advance for the help.

Replace Hard drive and reload firmware. Of if you have another of the same model install it in the machine to see if it boots.

Fit all the original boards etc back & update the system software.

Sir kuby, my machine don't have Hard Drive. The booting of machine come from Main Contrller PCB and Boot Rom PCB, I already replaced both PCB but stiil same problem.

Sir, update of system software is not possible. The machine won't boot up. It will not go into ready state. You cannot enter into service mode or into system setting to execute update of system software.

Yes this model doesn't use the service support tool needs the UST & machine has to be in a ready state.

Does keys 2&8 allow you to enter download mode ?

Sir copier tech, machine does not enter into service mode.

Sorry, I did not know they made a Image Runner without a Hard drive.

Most of case is Ram, Maincontroller or cable to Maincontroller. If not try to replace Power Supply Unit
