    iR Adv 4235 D1 inner finisher, stack tray cannot lift up

    Hi All,
    Lately i facing a lot of finisher that the stack tray going down to the bottom and cannot lift up to the tray position but the finisher still working.
    I need help and need some info to settle the problem.
    I already change the stack tray unit but the problem still remain the same...but for finisher board still waiting to come.

    Have you already checked the switching sensors, those at the top of the paper output and the limit switches?

      It settle, is the stack height detection lever problem....
