Canon IR ADV400i (IP Competting error)

    Canon IR ADV400i (IP Competting error)

    Hi , im facing isue with my Canon IR ADV 400i. got message at bottom screen saying that "A Competting IP Address was found on the network" mean while i dint connect any network cable to the machine (the machine was standalone). if i do DHCP or static still same message come out. I have face the same isue before with machine model IR ADV C52xx series. doing upgrade firmware settle the isue. for this IR ADV 400i is it the same thing need to be done ? can somebody give me firmware for this model ? or know where can i get firmware for this model ? thank you in advance

      Use DHCP and restart ruter. Make sure that ruter is also set to DHCP.

          Hi , thank you for your advice. but as per mention before. i did not connect any network cable to the machine. the machine was standalone. so can confirm that this error do come from machine and not network or router.

              It is normal that he chage IP when you plug LAN cable. If he is set to DHCP.

                  yes i know if we set to dhcp the ip will change. the isue now is. i did not plug any network cable to the machine also got this error. as mention before i have face this isue before with ADVC52xx series. firmware update will fix it. just want to ask here if i can get the firmware for model ADV400i at here

                      If you have network on printer you can do it online in Register/Update software. If not, wait, someone will send firmware.
