I have a customer that developed this problem out of nowhere. He's telling me when he prints it's showing that it jammed but there's no paper in the copier. When I check the jam history it's showing a jam in the document feeder at S14 sensor. If he opens and closes the right door it prints everything out with no problem. I reinstalled the system software but it's still does it. He just called me and told me it has been fine all day until the end of the day it did about 5 times. It does it out of both tray 1 and 2 so it's not a feed problem. Copying it doesn't seem to be a problem but most things are printed. Any ideas?

Look at Alarm codes and Error codes. Often these will show what triggered jam message.IBM, Mita, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Kyocera, HyPAS, Canon, Oce, Samsung, HP, TEO IP PBX/Unified Communications, Comptia Network+ Comptia PDI+ CertificationsComment
