iRADC 5250 can't enter service mode

    Good day everyone,

Facing a problem iRADVC5250 can't enter the service mode to clear the password.

When you power on the machine prompt a log in display to enter user name and password. End user have forgot the password hence we try to
enter into service mode want to clear the password. Unfortunately the machine can't enter the service mode.

We change the whole control panel assembly but still the same. Any solution that you guys can advice ? Thank you

Have you try to E355* CLEAR ALL RAM ? or just do Format HDD and reupdate Firmware ? normaly it will solve the problem.

I have problem with Canon IR ADV 6255, CAN'T ENTER SERVICE MODE (*28*)
              1. I had enter *49*
              2. Clear Option and MMI
              3. Restart machine then *28* can be entered.
              It works for me

              Thank you for your comment.
