First there is the registration assy, then the transfer separation corona assy, then the transport belts.

Thats a pretty common problem. I used to see it on IR-600's and 8500's fairly often. The metal brackets that hold the registration assm are bent. You need to remove the registration assm, straighten the bent brackets and reinstall the reg assm.

Hi friends The paper Jam is ok now but the edges of the paper are folding when printing two sided copies. Why?

Is it folding only on two sided? I would check the duplex tray. When you lift the large cover on the duplex thru tray there is a small guide that the cover rests on. There should be a tab on the front and rear side of the lower guide. If these tabs are broken the corner(s) will bend.
Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.

              Hi,

I am after part number for registration assy and reg clutch on a 8070. Apparently they differ to a 8500?

              Many Thanks,

              Shazza

              I have FG6-7290-030 AND FH6-5014-020 (8500)

Replace the white plastic clutch cover also...they break where the clutch "anchors" on it. Noticed 010B jams also...clean fuser inlet guide, inside of transport belts, check fuser drives, transport fan operation
