DR-G2090 Bricked (My need firmware)

Greetings

I have a Canon DR-G2090 that has nothing on the display. I can still see the scanner when i open CaptureOnTouch but will not pick up the paper. does anyone have instruction on how to update the firmware for this scanner?

Go to USA.Canon.com and all the way at the bottom click on Get Support. Select Software & Drivers and in the search box type 2090 and your product should show up.

Good Luck! Grab the user manual while your there, the instruction are are in the manual.
