IPF4000 clear an error code EC22-4001 after replacing the Head Management Sensor?

I replaced the Head Management Sensor after getting an error code EC22-4001, I went to service mode and the machine asked me if I replaced parts, did the Nozzle adjustment and cleared the parts counter, works fine on service mode but after rebooting it came out with the same error code. Any suggestions?

Technician reseated all connectors and cut wire ties. All is good!
