Hello.

I have a Canon C165 model machine. When the customer came to turn it on, in the morning there was no response as if you had not pressed the start button. We checked the electrical outlet and found it 220 volts, as well as the power cable, as well as the circuit breaker, and we also tried another AC driver board and there is no response.

Assuming you have AC voltage and it sounds like you do, the next step is to check for all of your DC voltages...which should be listed in your service manual.

Did you check fuses and loose connectors?
