Hy ad all
My Boss by this copiers without the hdd there was a mirrorkit installed and i need advice how to reset this. i put a vergine disk in it cannot format and install anything and get error 602-001 with only one disk! thanks for any advice

this error pop up at boot so i cant get in service mode also box checker give me Hd -NG
can anybody help me please

The machine takes HDD part number FK4-1550-000. I would put two of these in the machine and boot up in 2+8 mode with the firmware on a USB. The firmware has the format command, so perform format. When the format finishes the system firmware will load from the Flash PCB and the machine should come to the ready.

You need to use a very specific drive Toshiba MQ01ABF032 320gb no other will work (use the Bottom 2 cables to connect the HDD)
you then need to put the machine into download mode and then connect to it using SST tool or a pre loaded usb with Correct Model and Format Firmware
then follow on screen prompts to format drive and update
