[CQ] CQ problem on Canon C750

    Hi,
Have this canon image press C750 printing a dark gray band on one edge on large size papers format SRA 3 ( see attached file).
There is no banding seen when printing on smaller sizes like A4
Work done so far: Checked and cleaned primary and pre transfer coronas and shutters , also checked Black dev housing and Black drum, and laser filter glass. all seems OK.
    Anny help much apreciated,
    Antonio

      Hello,

yes allready did that, machine has 500k plus.

btw machine is now giving the eror code E061-0004 when performing auto gradation, or auto color mismatch correction.
you know what that can be?

Checked and cleaned primary and pre-transfer charging assemblys, also cleaned the patch sensor unit..but problem stayed.

Hello, if you can extract the drum unit, could you send a photo of the drum to see what state it is in?
