I have a lbp6330 that keeps breaking the drive shaft on the toner cartridge, this machine has done it 3 times. After shaking the cartridge and spinning it by hand the machine will run for a few days and start to jam , every time the cartridge shaft is broken. We have used oem and aftermarket does not make a difference. The toner drive in the machine spins free and there are no obvious defects. Any help is appreciated
