Hi, customer is reporting that they unplug from mains, then plug in & power the machine on, the display panel momentarily flashes then remains blank. The machine doesn't come to ready & no auto diagnostic routine. Any advice please...

I have had a case like that. Turned out to be the power cable.
I would replace the power cable and also try another power port.
If not than it should be the power supply.

I diagnosed the fault to the PSU. Input voltage was good, although 32v output voltages were missing. A replacement PSU sorted the issue.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
