Firmware C5030i

I was previously provided with firmware for the canon c5030i.


Only the names of the folders are different;


The folders iAC5051 + iAC5255. And the files iAC5051-Xxxx0621-HDformat.ift + iAC5255-Xxxx0617-HDformat.ift


Are these the correct files?

I have a problem with file iAC5255-XXxx0671-HDFormat.ift
When I try to format HDD the display show up the message:

////Hard disk format///
///Formating HDD. Do not out power.///
[ERROR]. Cannot read the format file
Formating HDD(ALL) ... Error

Hdd format ... Error
Remove USB device them shut down.
--- Please hit Reset key to start shut down. ---

I thought the .ift is bad.

Please, can anyone help me with this file?

Where did you get the HDD from & was it new ?

This is the same model and brand new.
With another and old one the error still the same.
