    Canon C9060 advance PRO problem

    Hello!

I have a problem with my Canon c9060 pro printer. When I print, on some prints there are stripes (horizontal or vertical depends on the format I'm printing). It also happens if I'm doing a scan copy.
On some prints there are no stripes.

    What could cause this problem?

Hello, are you a canon technician?
If you are a technician, you should send test types 5 (dens 64), 6 and 10 (dens by default 128)
what is the type 5 test send separately
    yellow dens 64 - magenta color 0 - cyan color 0 - black color 0
    magenta dens 64 - magenta color 0 - cyan color 0 - black color 0
    cyan dens 64 - magenta color 0 - cyan color 0 - black color 0
    black dens 64 - magenta color 0 - cyan color 0 - black color 0
you give it ok and start you will get an a4 size sheet from tray 1. check the service manual on how to access the service mode so that you send the tes that you have to send and send a photo

looking at the photos you have sent of copying and printing, it may be a problem with the cyan drum or magenta drum, cyan laser or magenta laser, the last one would be the primary cyan or magenta transfer rollers that go into the transfer unit

If you can remove the drum units, send a photo so that we can see the state of the drum in the forum.

Attaching the link with the tests You asked for: 302 Moved . There are two folders in the link - 'Test' (with the tests You asked me to do) and 'Drum swap' (it is the one where I swaped the drums from different colours. File names have an explanation which colour which drum has)

hello, it would be advisable to discard a new original cyan drum unit and a new original magenta drum unit.
The other thing would be to remove the drum and with a good amount of cloth or cloth without fiber spread a little isopropyl alcohol clean the drum (rub it completely from end to end, be careful not to drop or damage the drum

check the service manual to activate the drum heater button.

Turn ON the Environment Heater Switch and the Cassette Heater Switch in accordance with the installation environment.
Set the environment switches in accordance with the installation environment.
In the case of high humidity environment, turn ON the Environment Switch. (The Drum Heater is turned ON regardless of the main switch status).

You should also check the condition of the drum cleaning blade, transparent is new - worn dark yellowish
