[Jamming] Jam 0118 on imagepress C850

I have a case with a delay jam on duplex section on a Imagepress 850.

    Counter close to 2 milion.

After replacing all ((the gears + bearing + 2 belts + feed rollers)) on the duplex section also on the reverse section...

    FM0-4922-000 1
    FC0-9759-000 1 ROLLER, PAPER FEED
    FC9-8388-000 3 ROLLER, DUPLEXING
    XG9-0475-000 9 BEARING,
    FU0-0114-000 1 GEAR, 19T
    FC9-0402-000 4 FLANGE, PULLEY
    FU5-0629-000 1 GEAR, 19T
    FU6-0694-000 2 GEAR, 14T
    FU8-0056-000 4 GEAR, 19T/PULLEY, 16T
    FU8-0083-000 2 GEAR, 24T
    FU6-0694-000 2 GEAR, 14T
    FU0-0114-000 1 GEAR, 19T
    FU9-0155-000 4 GEAR, 16T

the printer worked fine for a couple thousand copies.

Now it started again same story. All type of paper from plain to heavy. A4, A4R, 32 x 22 cm = they all jam.

Only A3 and bigger size runs fine.

    Anyone crossed this before ?

    Peace..

Try adjusting the screws that change the tension on those two belts in the duplex section.

I'm not 100% sure what the factory tension is supposed to be, but I figured it should be somewhat firm...I ended up loosening them a decent bit. Trial and error after doing rebuild around 4 million. Been working fine ever since, but I had the same issue.

The belts are kept in tension by springs. Did you force the springs when tightening the screws ?

Initially, yes. But I found I kept getting jams in the same areas...

I just let the belt tension off a bit at a time and it was ok after a try or two.
