    [Error Code] Canon irc 5030 error

    Sometimes machine shows next error: E000027-0300. What can cause that error?

      E00027-0300 = Problem with the cyan development unit. Probable broken gear in the back, it's an X-shaped gear.The gear part number is FC8-4338-000.

          check the coupling on the cyan dev assy if that is driving the mag roller ok, then take out the ITB assy and process assy that houses the drums, look in to the cyan hopper and see if there is a seal stuck in the hopper aperture.
