IR ADV C7280 with E04-502

Hi guys,
I have an Ir Adv c7280 (same as c7260) and it gives E04-502.
Changed fuser unit, change fuser drawer and drawer into the machine but when i have to open fuser drawer bcs a misfeed, it shows E04-502.
After restart everything is OK but if i have to open drawer and close it again, i will face the error.
Can you help me please?

Not my case.
I have changed both fuser connector and body/interior connector but still the same.
The problem looks deeper. Could be a faulty Relay PCB but i am not sure.

Hello, you must verify all the drawers:
fixing unit
FIXING/FEED ASSEMBLY

Also check the wiring or any connector that is causing false contact, check if the drawers are making good contact when closing or pushing the FIXING/FEED ASSEMBLY

What paper jam code appears?

Changed fuser unit and interior fixing connector with cables also.

Different ones. Depend on what paper or size i am using.
Also it happens when the machine is idle, i open and close fixing unit.

SOLVED


Fixing drawer switch under duplex was faulty. Nonsens at all, but that was the prob.
