[CQ] iradvc3530 poor quality

Hi

I've an Iradvc3530, looks like a poor transfer issue. Previous tech replaced ITB and secondary transfer roller. No change. Now laser, Pri and secondary HVT pcbs, DC controller, right hand door and PSU has all been replaced but CQ has still not improved. Drums /devs have been swapped, patch sensor cleaned. Only thing remains is main controller which I don't have from a scrapper. Any ideas? Firmware upgraded, it is using non genuine toners.approx 130k memory, 24k colour. 4 yrs old in a office environment

Try stopping the copy during the process to see if the image on the ITB is good. Since it seems even across all colors, I doubt if it is a specific drum unit. I have seen the right side door on those get tweaked, but that usually causes jams and light image on one side, not all the way across.

sorry, should have said in my original post, image on ITB is weak too, very poor quality.
