Can't enter Service Mode on Canon C5051 with print server attached

    Hi,
a client of mine bought a second hand Canon C5051 with a print server attached to it. It all worked well until he tried to change the toner, and the toner door didn't open. Now the copier shows error E000025-04c0. This error is occurring if the machine didn't recognize the signal for open/ close the Black inner door.
Anyway, I had this situation before, and I know that at some point I have to enter Service Mode to clear the error.
Here comes the surprise: when I press *28* nothing happens. It doesn't enter Service Mode.
I guess it's because of the attached print server, but I'm not sure.
Do you have a suggestion on how could I enter Service Mode in this situation?
Or, what do I have to do to get rid of the attached print server (my client doesn't need it) and use the copier without it? I've tried to unplug the print server but the copier doesn't work without it. I guess I have to uninstall it from somewhere, but I have no idea.
    Thanks!

Use the tool in the back of the machine to open the toner door then replace the toner.

Yes, I did that, but once the error appears you have to clear it from service mode. It won't go away by its self even if you replace the toner.
I was able to enter service mode with *4&9* as khaled_abosere3 suggested and I was able to clear the error.
              Thanks for the suggestion!
