Canon iR 1018 problem

Hello!

I have Canon iR2018 copier, which got the following problem:

The machine doesn't give any error messages, it is in Ready state, no visual problems, no LED indicators, etc.
When I print any page, empty sheet is printed out, there is nothing on the sheet.
The same is with copying.

Please, give me a hint what can cause this problem.

Check if the laser shutter is working correctly.
