Hi, our C7260 is stuck on paper size A4 for Drawer 1 and 2 we can't change it

Not familiar with that model but if it's like a lot of other Canons there would be a setting in service mode that needs to be changed. A service manual would help

Copier/option/cs1/P-sz-c1. 0 is A4, 1 is B5, 2 is LTR
