IR3100CN quality problem

I've got same problem in my two machines:
as you can see on the picture:

there is a line on whole paper width
it's on almost every copy, black or colour, in different places but always covers whole page width
what is a problem?
what part have to be replaced?

hi have you try to copy single color?how many percent your drumlife is?

on single color it's same situation... just 14% drumlife...

The ITB assembly needs refurb.
In particular the internal scraper and the transfer roller...also I'd replace Transfer roller 1...it's in the door.

hi...check the toner bottles if there is any leakage?also the waste toner stuck on the ITB may causes this problem

try to change the transfer roller inside the itb and clean the drum assy.
